Experience:
6-9 years of overall experience building web applications and implementing content management applications.
Should have prior experience driving solution architecture for complex portal integrated with content management application.
Candidate should possess strong project management skills and should have experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive solution architecture adn manage portal development on BEA Portal and Oracle UCM with a team of about 20 members both onsite and offshore.

Profiling Tools--like JProbe or other tools
Oracle Database-Strong SQL
Lead role that requires stong communicator that is able to work independently and with Cross Functional Teams
