Architecting large online transaction systems, Weblogic and Spring framework manage java leads. JAVA, J2EE

Experience of architecting large online transaction systems.

Strong hands-on experience on Java, J2EE-based enterprise/consumer application.

Should have exposure on Weblogic (must) and Spring framework (must).

Must have good communication skills and also an ability to handle customer queries.

Also, should have managed/handled a team of highly skilled senior Java leads (who themselves have 6-8 years of experience).
