Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Mandatory Skills:

3 years minimum for each skill listed below:

* Experience supporting US Payroll

* Experience supporting HR/Payroll Year-end Process

* Experience with BSI Tax Factory, HR Configuration in Personnel Administration and Org. Management

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with SAP ABAP, Payroll and Time Schema development

* Ability to manage client requests, communicate with end-users, and track/monitor assignments
