Is ALEX Desktop easy to use?
ALEX Desktop is extremely easy to use. Once installed, simply click 'Parse Resume' in Outlook. You'll convert the resumes you selected from email attachments into Contacts (vCards) and automatically save them in your Outlook Contacts folder. The new contacts will have the name, address, email, and phone, plus the full text resume in the notes field.
